As an Italianate Victorian listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the estate blends grand historical architectural detail with modern luxury. Together, the main Chapman House and Helen’s Cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 16 overnight guests, while the surrounding grounds comprise over a third of an acre of meticulously manicured, private gardens. It is a truly singular setting designed for coming together.

Estate Use. Because special occasions require a higher tier of logistical care, vendor coordination, and dedicated access, we require that any activities beyond a typical overnight stay be hosted under a separate Estate Use Agreement.
